Dermatix Malaysia has launched a campaign titled “See Her Heal – 1,000 Untold Stories” to encourage mothers to share their experiences of C-section recovery.
The campaign features an interactive microsite that uses generative AI to turn personal reflections into illustrated story moments. According to the company, the platform is intended to provide a space for mothers to share their experiences in a more private and accessible way.
Dermatix said the campaign is aimed at highlighting the physical and emotional aspects of recovery after childbirth, which it said are not always openly discussed.
“Recovery after childbirth is deeply personal, and many mothers may feel that parts of their C-section experience are not openly spoken about or fully understood,” said Josie Ong, general manager of Menarini Malaysia.
“Through See Her Heal – 1,000 Untold Stories, we hope to create a supportive space where mothers can share their stories, feel acknowledged and know that they are not alone.”
The campaign was introduced at a launch event attended by maternal health voices, parenting content creators and community partners.
Discussions at the event covered C-section recovery, postpartum experiences and the role of community support.
Dermatix said mothers across Malaysia can now submit reflections through the campaign microsite at https://1000untoldstories.com/.
The company also said that, in conjunction with Dermatix’s 15th anniversary in Malaysia, A. Menarini Malaysia is supporting children with cleft lips and palates through a collaboration with the Cleft Lip and Palate Association of Malaysia (CLAPAM).
The initiative includes sponsorship of treatment costs for cleft lip surgeries and provision of scar care products for post-surgical recovery
