Dr Clear Aligners (DCA), a leader in invisible orthodontic technology, hosted its ‘Awards Night’ at Hotel ALOFT, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, bringing together Malaysia’s orthodontic community for an evening dedicated to professional recognition and innovation.
The gala underscored the pivotal role of doctors in advancing orthodontic care and highlighted the strength of DCA’s professional network, which spans more than 1,000 partner clinics across Southeast Asia.
The evening also marked DCA’s 6th anniversary, a milestone that reflects the steady growth of the organization and the trust placed in DCA’s doctor-first ecosystem by dental professionals across the region.
The Awards Night was dedicated to celebrating clinicians who have exemplified the highest standards in doctor-led orthodontics. From advancing treatment precision to championing exceptional patient experiences, the honorees represent the best of a profession.
Speaking at the event, Ryan Teo, CEO of Dr Clear Aligners, said: “Tonight is an expression of DCA’s deep commitment to the professionals who are the backbone of our ecosystem. Their expertise, dedication, and clinical mastery continue to raise the bar for orthodontic care in Malaysia and beyond. We are proud to stand alongside them and equally proud to support them with the tools and technology they need to do their best work” in a press release shared with PP Health Malaysia (PPHM).
Beyond celebrating achievement, the Awards aims to inspire the broader professional community and strengthen DCA’s mission of equipping clinicians with world-class clinical support, advanced technology, and a network built around their growth.
The evening reached its high point with the unveiling of DCA Junior aligners, a paediatric aligner system purpose-built for children aged 7 to 12. Engineered with DCA’s proprietary ClearFlex™ material technology, DCA Junior is designed to help clinicians guide early bite and arch development during the mixed-dentition years.
Unlike conventional orthodontic approaches, DCA Junior brings the same level of precision and clinical rigour that adults expect from aligner treatment to younger patients, at the age when it counts the most.
“With DCA Junior aligners, we are shaping the future of children’s smiles — pairing advanced digital architecture with certified clinical expertise to redefine early interceptive orthodontics, so every child steps into adulthood with confidence,” said Ryan Teo, CEO of DCA.
At the heart of DCA’s growth is a commitment to bridging clinical excellence with digital intelligence. As part of its innovation roadmap, DCA equips its nationwide network of partner clinics with proprietary AI-driven treatment planning alongside ClearFlex™ materials.
Looking ahead, DCA remains steadfast in its mission to shape the future of orthodontics. This means deepening its professional-led ecosystem, expanding its portfolio of innovative product lines, and ensuring that every patient regardless of age receives outcomes that are precise, effective, and built on the highest clinical standards.
The Awards Night is an expression of that vision: a recognition that excellence in orthodontics begins with the clinicians who dedicate themselves to it every day.
